01Will you judge the condition of my home?

Never. A home can become overwhelming for a hundred human reasons. Freebird’s role is to listen, create a practical plan, and help you move forward with respect.

02Do I need to clean before you arrive?

No. Leave the space as it normally functions so we can understand what is and is not working. A limited household carpet refresh can be scoped separately; general or deep cleaning still belongs with a cleaning professional.

03What does the carpet refresh pilot include?

For ordinary household carpet, the pilot may include vacuuming, a Kirby-compatible shampoo refresh, and light spot attention in one to three rooms. We confirm the carpet fiber, product, ventilation, pets, and expectations first. Flooding, mold, biohazards, serious odor or urine remediation, delicate rugs, and guaranteed stain removal are outside scope.

04Will you make me throw things away?

No. You decide what stays, gets donated, moves elsewhere, or is discarded. We provide categories, calm support, and practical organization—not pressure.

05Do you move furniture or heavy items?

Freebird does not lift or reposition any individual item over 50 pounds and is not a moving or hauling company. If the project needs heavy work, we’ll recommend an appropriately insured specialist.

06Can you take donations or unwanted items away?

Donation delivery, disposal, junk removal, and hauling are not automatically included. Available options and any separate charges are confirmed in the written project scope.

07Can you help an older parent if I live outside Florida?

Potentially, yes. We first agree on communication, decision-making roles, the project scope, and who will be present. Freebird provides organizational support, not medical, personal-care, appraisal, legal, or financial services.

08Can you prepare a room for possible rental use?

We can physically organize and prepare a room. We do not guarantee income or occupancy, manage bookings, select tenants, negotiate leases, or determine whether a use is legal. Owners must verify zoning, HOA, insurance, mortgage, licensing, tax, and safety requirements.

09What areas do you serve?

Freebird begins in Tampa and nearby neighborhoods where appointments can be grouped efficiently. Share your ZIP code during consultation so we can confirm availability and any travel charge.
