Service terms for a well-planned fresh start.
These launch terms describe how Freebird Home requests, estimates, scope approval, payment, and in-home work fit together. Your written project scope controls if it is more specific.
Last updated August 11, 2026Who provides the service
Freebird Home is a customer-facing service operated by Healthy Habit LLC in Tampa, Florida. A configurator submission is a request for review—not an accepted contract, confirmed appointment, or promise that a project is within scope.
Paid appointments will open only after applicable local registration and insurance launch checks are completed. Until then, the site accepts planning requests and collects $0.
Request, estimate, booking
- You submit a specific service request and any optional private photos.
- Freebird reviews scope, safety, access, service area, staffing, carpet or product fit, and availability.
- Freebird sends a written scope with included rooms/tasks, labor block, materials or exclusions, travel/parking, applicable tax, price, payment schedule, and timing.
- A booking is scheduled only after both sides accept the written scope and any required secure payment is verified. A payment receipt alone means payment received and scheduling pending unless a time has been separately confirmed.
Any added room, task, material, or time must be described and approved in writing before the price changes. Freebird will not use an on-site surprise upsell to alter the work.
Services and limits
Possible services include household organizing, sorting support, labeling, unpacking and functional setup, donation/distribution organization, light item handling, and a limited routine household carpet-refresh pilot after review.
Freebird is not a moving, hauling, junk-removal, construction, repair, deep-cleaning, restoration, mold, pest, biohazard, sewage, water-damage, medical-care, personal-care, appraisal, legal, financial, property-management, or rental-management provider. No individual item over 50 pounds will be lifted or repositioned. Unsafe conditions may pause or end the visit without requiring staff to enter or continue.
Your role in the project
- Confirm that you own the property or have authority to approve the work and decisions.
- Provide safe access, working utilities and climate control when needed, and truthful information about stairs, pets, pests, mold, water damage, hazards, delicate items, and building rules.
- Secure valuables, medicines, weapons, confidential papers, keys, and fragile or irreplaceable objects.
- Supervise children and pets away from work areas, products, cords, wet carpet, and equipment.
- Personally approve what is kept, moved, donated, recycled, or discarded. Freebird will not dispose of property without clear authorization.
Carpet-refresh pilot
Carpet work requires a photo and fiber/condition review, and may require a spot or colorfastness test. Preexisting wear, loose seams, backing issues, furniture stains, dye instability, odor sources, and prior product use can affect results. Freebird does not promise complete stain, odor, allergen, or contaminant removal and does not perform remediation.
You must follow the written drying, ventilation, child/pet, and slip-safety instructions. Work stops if the carpet, environment, or requested claim is outside the approved routine-refresh scope.
Pricing, deposits, and offers
Website amounts are planning estimates until written scope approval. Supplies, products, disposal, hauling, travel, parking, taxes where applicable, and third-party work are separate unless the quote says otherwise. Card details are entered only on the payment provider's hosted page.
The founding Full Flight offer is 20% off eligible labor for up to five approved Tampa-area founding households who request service by September 15, 2026, while spots remain. The Community Rate is 10% off eligible labor after approval for the listed eligible households. Offers do not stack; the single best eligible offer applies. A refund is based on the amount actually paid after discount, not an undiscounted reference price.
Eligibility review should use the least sensitive information needed. Do not upload military IDs, birth certificates, medical papers, or unrelated records through the photo tool.
Photos, reviews, and referrals
Private project photos follow the Privacy Notice. Marketing permission is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. You always retain the right to give an honest review; no discount, credit, or service outcome depends on a rating or specific wording.
If offered after a completed, satisfactory service, referral credit is $15 in future eligible Freebird labor after a referred customer completes and pays for an eligible service, maximum five/$75 per customer per year. Credit is noncash, expires 12 months after issue, and does not stack. When sharing, disclose that you may receive a $15 service credit. No review is required.
Cancellations, quality, and claims
The Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these terms. Statutory cancellation rights, if applicable, are not waived. Tell Freebird promptly about damage, a safety issue, or an incomplete approved task so the area can be documented and an appropriate correction or insurance process considered.
Questions before acceptance
Email hello@heha.online. Ask for any unclear included task, exclusion, charge, or condition to be written into the scope before accepting or paying.
